Room 02 · Massage & Lymphatic

Full-Body & Lymphatic Massage

A dedicated massage room and an in-house licensed massage therapist, Lolita Weiner. Full-body relaxation, lymphatic drainage, or certified cupping, booked on its own or paired with a custom facial or head spa.

A real second room, not an add-on

Most spas treat massage as an afterthought. Ours is a dedicated room with an in-house licensed therapist, so the work is consistent, the technique is informed, and the visit is yours.

Move stagnant fluid

Lymphatic drainage clears the channels your body uses to flush waste, fluid, and inflammation.

Calm a tired nervous system

Long, slow strokes downshift you from fight-or-flight. Most clients drift in and out of sleep.

Support skin from underneath

Better circulation means brighter skin, less puffiness, and more visible facial results.

Licensed, in-room

Performed by Lolita Weiner, our in-house licensed massage therapist, in our dedicated massage room, never a contractor passing through.

Lolita Weiner

Licensed Massage Therapist

Lolita Weiner is a licensed massage therapist and the newest member of the Southern Ground Esthetics team. She works out of Room 02, our dedicated massage room, so every session is with the same therapist in the same room, never a contractor passing through.

Lolita keeps her own schedule, so massage is booked with her rather than through our scheduler. She prefers to book by phone: call or text her at 912-253-8652 and she will find a time that works and answer anything you want to ask before your first session. If you would rather book online, her Therapeutic Massage Pro page takes appointments too.

  • Licensed Massage Therapist
  • Full-body, lymphatic drainage & cupping
  • Also practices as Therapeutic Massage Pro
  • Books her own schedule directly

Three ways to book

Choose lymphatic drainage if you are post-surgical, holding fluid, or want skin and immunity benefits. Choose full-body relaxation if you are carrying tension and want to reset. Choose cupping if traditional massage hasn't reached the layer you need it to. Not sure? We will help you choose at booking.

  • Certified cupping technique
  • Targets fascia and chronic tension
  • Boosts circulation and recovery
  • Can be added to any massage
Book Cupping

Pricing tailored to length and pairing. Massage is booked with Lolita directly, and she prefers the phone, so call or text 912-253-8652 to reserve your time. You can also book online on her page, or send us a message and we'll walk you through what fits.

Built for real recovery

Lymphatic drainage and full-body massage aren't the same, and they aren't for the same reasons. These are the situations we see most often.

Post-surgical recovery

After cosmetic or general surgery, lymphatic massage is one of the most evidence-supported ways to reduce swelling and bruising.

Gentle, surgeon-cleared technique to move fluid and speed your recovery. Always confirm with your surgeon on timing.

Chronic puffiness & water retention

If your face, hands, or ankles feel puffy by the end of the day, your lymph is asking for help.

A series of lymphatic sessions retrains the system. Most clients feel lighter within the first treatment and notice cumulative change over a few weeks.

Stress, tension, fatigue

When the nervous system stays in fight-or-flight, the body holds it in shoulders, jaw, and lower back.

A full-body relaxation massage downshifts the nervous system. Pair it with a head spa and most clients sleep better that night than they have in weeks.

Skincare clients wanting more

Facials work on the surface; massage works on what is feeding the surface.

Adding lymphatic drainage to a regular facial schedule visibly changes how your skin looks. Brighter, less puffy, more even tone.

Pregnancy-safe options available. Always tell us what you're working with so we can tailor the session.

What to expect

  • A short consultation about pressure, focus areas, and any conditions

Massage Questions

Answers, before you book

Lymphatic vs. relaxation, post-surgical timing, pregnancy. Don't see your question? Send us a note.

How do I book a massage?

Massage is booked with Lolita Weiner rather than through our scheduler, because she keeps her own calendar. She prefers to book by phone, so call or text her at 912-253-8652. Her Therapeutic Massage Pro page also takes appointments online if that is easier. If you want to pair a massage with a facial or a head spa, mention it and we will block the time together.

Who performs the massage?

Lolita Weiner, our in-house licensed massage therapist. Every session is performed in our dedicated massage room, not by a contractor passing through.

What's the difference between lymphatic drainage and a regular massage?

Lymphatic drainage uses very gentle, rhythmic, repetitive strokes designed to stimulate the lymphatic system. A traditional relaxation massage uses deeper pressure and broader strokes for muscle tension. The two have different goals, and your therapist can recommend which fits your needs.

What is cupping therapy?

Cupping uses soft suction cups to gently lift the skin and fascia, which boosts circulation, releases stuck tension, and can relieve pain that traditional massage alone doesn't reach. It can be booked as a standalone session or added to any full-body or lymphatic massage.

Is lymphatic drainage safe after surgery?

Yes, in most cases. It is one of the most-recommended therapies for post-surgical swelling. Always confirm timing with your surgeon, and let us know what surgery you had so we can tailor the session.

How often should I book?

For lymphatic results, a series of 4 to 6 sessions over a few weeks works best, then monthly maintenance. For relaxation, monthly is a great rhythm, or every 2 to 3 weeks if you carry a lot of tension.

Can I add a massage to a facial or head spa?

Yes. We can layer a massage, a custom facial, and a head spa into one longer visit. Mention it when you book and we will block enough time and price it as a package.

Is this safe during pregnancy?

In most cases yes, with modifications. We use a side-lying position, adjust pressure, and avoid certain points. Mention pregnancy when you book so we can plan accordingly.

Move what's stuck. Soften what's tight.

Call or text Lolita at 912-253-8652 to book, the way she prefers to schedule, or book online on her own page. Pair the massage with a custom facial and a head spa for the full three-room ritual.
