How is your facial different from a spa-chain facial?

Every facial is built around what your skin needs that day, not a fixed protocol. You get a real consultation, time for proper extractions, lymphatic facial massage, and a take-home plan. No upselling, no rush.

I have sensitive skin, rosacea, or barrier damage. Is this safe?

Yes. We work with sensitive and compromised skin every week. We will scale back exfoliation, skip anything irritating, and focus on barrier repair until your skin is ready for more.

How often should I get a facial?

Every 4 to 6 weeks aligns with your skin's natural renewal cycle. Acne and chemical peel series may need closer visits, we will build a schedule together at your first appointment.

Should I book a peel or a regular facial first?

Start with a Signature Facial so we can assess your skin in person. Most clients begin a peel series after one or two facials, once we know how your skin responds.

Can I combine a facial with a massage or head spa?

Yes. Many of our regulars do exactly that. We can layer a facial, a massage, and a head spa into one longer visit. Mention it when you book and we will block enough time.
